Leoblocks Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leoblocks platform, including our website, apps, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Leoblocks SL ("Leoblocks", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Leoblocks is designed for users of all ages, including students, educators, and schools. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, your use of the Platform must be authorized by a parent, guardian, teacher, or school administrator.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address or sign in via a supported Single Sign-On (SSO) method (e.g., Google or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

For school-managed accounts, administrators may create or manage accounts on behalf of students.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Leoblocks in accordance with all applicable laws and school policies. You may not:

  • Access, use, or share another person’s account.
  • Use the platform to post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the functionality of the Platform or related services.
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Ownership and User Content

You retain full ownership of any creative content, files, or projects you create within Leoblocks (“User Content”).

By using the Platform, you grant Leoblocks a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service and supporting collaboration, learning, and saving progress.

Leoblocks does not claim ownership over your creative works.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Leoblocks offers paid subscriptions for individuals and license packages for schools. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • Individual users may subscribe to Leoblocks Pro.
  • Schools may purchase licenses in bulk through school administrators.

All purchases are subject to our billing terms and any applicable tax regulations.

6. Privacy

Your use of Leoblocks is subject to our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and Third-Party Providers list, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data collected via Google or Microsoft sign-in.

7. Data Security and Compliance

We implement strong security measures to protect your information, and we comply with privacy regulations such as:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA)

8. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Leoblocks may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, school policies, or legal obligations.

Upon termination, user data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be published on this page and will supersede prior versions. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
